Meet the Founder
Robert "Bobby" Grantham
Bobby Grantham is a third-generation equipment operator who got introduced to this industry at a very young age. Putting in long, tough days, he was first taught to work on the ground as a laborer — and through years of hard work and perseverance, he earned his seat in a piece of heavy equipment. Every day, his mentors instilled the values it takes to be good in this profession: show up, work hard, tell the truth, and do it right the first time.
Those roots run through pipeline work, commercial sites, and residential builds across Texas and Louisiana. In 2000, Bobby put the family trade under a family name and founded We Can Dig It Earthwork Solutions in Orange, TX — combining decades of hands-on know-how with modern site management practices.
Twenty-five years later, the company has grown into a full-service earthwork contractor trusted by homeowners, builders, businesses, municipalities, and industry across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. But the standard hasn't moved an inch: every job carries the family name, and every job gets done like it.
